Peppermint was quite a delightful surprise, coming from a white dam. She is definitely an eye catcher with her unique coloration. Unfortunately, Peppermint isn't the best breeder and has only given us 2 cria so far. We are hoping to breed her this year, and it might be her last cria. She has trouble passing her placenta after birth, and has to be given medicine and flushed out afterwards. She also has a skin allergy that requires applying skin cream 1-2 times a week. Everyone loves Peppermint, but we won't sell her because of her health issues. Peppermint gave birth to her cria out of Spot on 6-11-23! He's a gorgeous guy who looks and acts just like his dad, lol! Photos are on our Facebook page. We'll be adding the little guy to our website soon. Since Peppermint was sponsored by someone this year, they will get to name her cria. Once we have a name for him, we'll add him to the website. He will not be for sale, we are selling his dad, Spot, instead since Peppermint will probably only have 1 or 2 more cria in her life. We want to keep her genetics going in our herd.
